I am so inspired by this synergy of sound and visual creativity. The music and meditation facilitate a connection with the body that helps to get out of the monkey mind and into the present moment. Each class, I see so many people who don't consider themselves to be artists have incredible breakthroughs and surprise themselves with the beauty that emerges on the paper.
