Flower mandala making and sound healing

DESCRIPTION:
It's Harvest full moon!
We will gather and make a big flower mandala together and lay down for the soothing crystal bowl sound bath with full moon energy.
Masami will lead the flower mandala workshop. Everybody will participate in making one big mandala with pieces of flowers, twigs, leaves, stones, etc. It's very meditative and you might discover something new about yourself, and get clarity about things through this work.
Flower mandala work actually begins when you start collecting the materials, you can buy the flowers at stores and cherish them in the vase some days before the event, or if you have flowers and leaves in your surrounding area/in your garden, you can collect them. If they are welding, browning, drying up, that's fine, bring them all - that's part of nature.
After we make a flower mandala, we will lay down around the mandala and Naomi will play her crystal bowls and hold the soothing, soul-healing soundbath. Crystal has the ability to align the vibration of things and the body to where it's supposed to be. When your body is immersed in the vibrations/sound of the crystal bowls, it's the most relaxing thing and your body, mind, spirit will be refreshed and aligned to be healthier.
PLEASE BRING:
A yoga mat & water
Flowers, plants, leaves, twigs, stones - You can buy flowers at stores or find wildflowers in your neighborhood or in your garden. And they can be any stage of their lives - full bloom, buds, dying and browning, dried up...
Scissors
Napkin-sized (or bigger) fabric.
The floor is concrete, and you will be lying down on the floor for a good amount of time during sound healing. It might be good to bring extra things like a beach towel, two yoga mats to double up, or a camping sleeping pad. And it's recommended you bring any other items to make yourself comfortable, like pillows, blankets, eye mask, etc.
