My friend Kyoko Tanaka will join me with her Singingring®︎

I will play my crystal bowls for one hour and she will go around each participant and she will play her Singingring on your body. You will hear the soothing sound of crystal bowls and feel the vibration on your body by Singingring. 

It will be another level of sound healing!

What to wear and bring

Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring your yoga mat (camping pad or big beach towels will work, too), pillows, and blankets (eye mask will be good too) to make yourself comfortable since you will be lying down for about 1 hour during the sound bath. 

Crystal bowl sound bath works well to help your body and mind to a healthy state.

You just have to come and lay down to receive the healing and let the sound take care of the rest. It is easy to go into a meditative state with the sound of crystal bowls. As soon as you close your eyes, you will be easily relaxed being lulled in the sea of powerful yet soothing sounds. And you will feel revitalized afterward. Some people fall asleep and that's fine, too! Your body is still receiving the healing!!
