This photo embodiment series depicts the raw edges of emotion felt while grappling, and confronting the anguish and pain of our shame stories.  Leaving the viewer to be moved or consoled in an attempt to feel our humanity.  Bringing us closer together rather than further apart. Realizing our stories create separation, which is the greatest illusion of all.

“Shame sat down beside me today, I let her in.  I allowed her to pour her heart out onto me, I gave her story somewhere to go, somewhere to live externally, for a story shared is a story healed.
